Prince Olabode is the typical “Struggler turned Achiever”. He wasn’t born nor raised with silver spoon, even though a prince. He has had to struggle in life from childhood until he personally declared this year February that “ At 50, I’m fulfilled’.
With a Bachelor of Agriculture degree from the University of Ilorin in 1994, he could not withstand the agony of waiting at home been fed with no job forthcoming, so he moved to Lagos where he worked briefly as a farm supervisor before deciding to take his destiny into his own hands. He started to hawk tea on the streets of Lagos and he was so good at it that he caught the attention of the Managing Director of Bioorganics Nutrient System Limited, who offered him a job as sales representative of animal nutrition products. He was soon deployed to Ibadan as manager and again the dynamic Olabode seized the opportunity to study for Masters Degree in Animal Nutrition and Biochemsitry at the prestigious University of Ibadan.
With a good job accompanied by official largesse, the ‘Entrepreneur’ still quit his job against human advises but in obedience to God’s instruction to start his own company in 2003. He was told by God to name the company “High Nutrients International”. In less than 10 years he grew the company to become the foremost animal feed premix company in Nigeria, using his integrity, perseverance and dexterity. The impressive performance of Hi-Nutrient International caught the attention of Neovia group, the biggest agricultural company in France, which in its bid to penetrate the African market acquired a big share of Hi-Nutrient International in 2018. Neovia was recently acquired by the american agricultural giant, ADM Nutrition and automatically appointed Prince Adetoyi the country CEO for Nigeria.

With this rich background, It is not surprising therefore that Prince Bode Adetoyi was internationally recognised and bestowed with the award of Doctor of Science in Business Management and Entrepreneuship.
