The final stage of the competition was part of the activities of the 56th annual conference of Nigerian Veterinary Medical Association (NVMA) that took place at Reverton Hotel Lokoja, Kogi State from 7-11th October, 2019. A total of 7 out of the over 100 initial entries received were pitched and VET-CONNECT was selected as the best project after scrutiny and drilling by a panel of judges.
